If you’ve just got engaged – congratulations! Getting married marks a tremendous step forward in your ongoing love, and we are delighted that you want to celebrate your commitment in church.

Wherever you choose to get married, you make a public declaration of life-long commitment to love each other faithfully. Weddings are very special occasions, when family and friends come to witness the step you are taking, and to celebrate with you. If you choose to get married in church, there is the added dimension of showing that you want God involved too. The minister will pray for God’s blessing on you, you will be able to choose a Bible reading about God’s love, and everyone will pray for you.
