The parish church of St Nicholas sits in the middle of the village of Glatton.

Glatton is a quintessential small, rural village and has a lively, social, community minded population.

There has been a worshipping community on the site of St Nicholas Church since at least 1086 when a church is recorded in the Doomsday Book as having been located there. For more about the history of the church, information can be found here.

Worship happens regularly in all our church buildings. The calendar can be seen below.

At St Nicholas you can expect traditional, organ-led hymns, with hymn books.

St Nicholas can comfortably seat 200 people. There is ample on-street parking and in dry weather a grassed area that can be used. There is disabled access. There are no toilet facilities at St Nicholas, but the village hall across the road has facilities which can be accessed.
