The parish church of St Giles sits in the middle of the village of Holme.
Holme is small village with good transports links into Peterborough. There is one small school and a pre-school. There is also Holmewood Hall, a premier wedding venue.
There has been a worshipping community on the site of St Giles Church since at least the 12th Century. The current building dates from 1862 but incorporates some material from the 12th and 13th century. For more about the history of the church, information can be found here.

St Giles can comfortably seat 150 people. There is ample on-street parking and disabled access. There are no toilet facilities at St Giles.
