Our Messy Church gathers on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 4.00-6.00pm at All Saints’ Church. Everyone is invited – young and old alike – but if you are under 16, you must bring an adult with you.
Messy Church is a form of church for all ages, is Christ-centred and involves creativity, celebration and hospitality.
It is for families of all shapes and sizes!
Messy Church is a flexible space for people to gather and usually looks something like this:
- Welcome
- Craft and activity time
- Celebration (with story, song and prayer)
- Enjoy a meal together
Messy Church explores the Bible through activities and story and provides opportunities for people to socialise and enjoy a meal together.
Messy Church started in the UK in 2004 and is now enjoyed in churches all over the world!
